- Refunds for one-time services: If you have purchased a one-time digital media service from Lemon Dot Media, you may be eligible for a refund if the service was not completed. In such cases, you must contact us within 7 days of the completion of the service to request a refund. We will review your request and may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion.
- Refunds for subscription-based services: If you have subscribed to one of our digital media services on a recurring basis, you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, we do not offer refunds for subscription-based services that have already been charged. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so at least 3 days prior to the next billing cycle.
- Refunds for digital products: If you have purchased a digital product such as an ebook, video course, or other digital media content, or Follower Services; we do not offer refunds for these products. Once the product has been purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned or refunded.
- Refunds for technical issues: If you experience technical issues with our digital media services that prevent you from using the service, you may be eligible for a refund. In such cases, you must contact us within 7 days of the occurrence of the issue to request a refund. We will review your request and may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion.
- Refund process: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at info@lemondotmediacom.in8.cdn-alpha.com. Please include your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
Please note that this refund policy applies only to digital media services provided by Lemon Dot Media. It does not apply to any third-party services or products that may be offered through our website. We reserve the right to change or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
